Job Description

The Sales Development Leader will be the founder & leader of our offshore SDR program. They will start by hiring and managing 4 offshore SDRs, achieving economic viability, and then scaling the team. They will report directly to the VP of Sales & Co-founder.

Responsibilities

  • Spend 100% of your time hiring and managing the SDR team. Take full ownership of the team in every aspect.
  • Ensure they schedule 200+ demos during Q4 of 2024 with 75+ showing up to their appointment.
  • Keep costs under control to achieve at least a 6:1 LTV to CAC.
  • Professionalize the SDR team with a great tech stack, phone system, sequences, scripts, etc.
  • Manage and motivate the team. Monitor them daily. Quickly switch out low performers for A-players.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of prior B2B SDR Management experience – software sales is a plus but not required
  • 1+ years of prior B2B SDR experience as an individual contributor
  • History of exceeding quota as an individual contributor and as a manager
  • History of a strong work ethic, perseverance, and handling rejection without getting discouraged
  • History of working fast and efficiently
  • Very effective in a remote-work environment.
