Purpose: The purpose for this role is to provide leverage to the Head of Finance by taking over a wide range of analytical and administrative tasks that will have a significant impact on the ability of the company to scale.

This role will have the opportunity to work directly with the Head of Finance and will own customer invoicing, compliance analysis (fraud monitoring), customer retention analysis, along with other administrative and analytical tasks. Best candidates will have very high attention to detail and take pride in the quality and accuracy of their work.

Job Description
This role will have the opportunity to work directly with the Head of Finance and will own customer invoicing, compliance analysis (fraud monitoring), customer retention analysis, along with other administrative and analytical tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage all customer invoicing (send invoices, confirm info w sales team as needed, ensure accuracy, field customer billing inquiries when needed)
- Monthly transaction monitoring analysis (to identify any potentially fraudulent transactions via excel analysis)
- Monthly customer retention analysis
- Financial reporting for monthly KPI tracking and quarterly board meetings
- Quarterly revenue share analysis (determine revenue generated by customers using particular CRM to calculate total revenue share owed to partner)
- Conduct ad hoc excel analysis and administrative support as needed
- 4+ years experience in financial or business analysis
- 4+ years regularly using excel (comfortable with formulas such as index match, filters/sorting, pivot tables)
- Extremely detail-oriented and quantitative by nature
- Extremely high importance on quality and accuracy of work
- Takes ownership over areas of focus / highly proactive / requires little oversight
- Strong work ethic and discipline
- Can work 8-hour shift on U.S. hours (company is on MST, +/- 2 hrs time zone flexibility OK)
- Strong internet connection (50+ mbps speed)
