Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales training, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be instrumental in equipping our Sales organization with the tools, content, training, and insights needed to effectively engage prospects and close deals in the home services space.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training & Development
    • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires
    • Create and facilitate ongoing training sessions on product knowledge, sales methodology, competitive positioning, and industry trends
    • Develop role-specific training curriculum for different sales roles (SDR's, AE's, Customer Success, etc)
    • Conduct regular skills assessments and implement improvement plans
    • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and relevant
  • Sales Content & Tools Management
    • Create and maintain sales collateral, including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and competitive intelligence materials
    • Develop and manage a centralized content library with easy access and version control
    • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment between marketing materials and sales needs
    • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tech stack
    • Monitor content usage and effectiveness to ensure high adoption rates and usability
  • Process Optimization & Performance Analysis
    • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
    • Conduct win/loss analysis and translate insights into actionable enablement strategies
    • Establish and track key performance indicators for enablement initiatives
    • Provide regular reporting on enablement program effectiveness and ROI
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure message consistency
    • Facilitate communication between the sales team and product development regarding feature requests and customer feedback
    • Support product launches with comprehensive go-to-market enablement materials
    • Occasional travel will be required for this role. This will be to support reps at Trade Shows or other key events to provide live feedback and coaching as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or learning and development
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments with an understanding of subscription business models
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Sales tools (HubSpot, Ask Elephant, ChiliPiper, etc) and sales enablement platforms
  • Extremely organized and very detail-oriented
  • Very effective in a remote work environment
