As Engrain’s Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing new and productive Talent Management strategies for our company.

  • Experienced Human Resources professional who knows how to develop and optimize human capital management programs

What you'll do... Current State:

  • Full life cycle recruiting - including job creation, sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, reference checking, salary negotiation, and extending offers
  • Redesign Engrain’s current recruitment process from scratch, focusing on building a program that delivers an outstanding experience for participants and administrators, at the same time creating a strategic differentiator for the company
  • Strategize new and innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines resulting in greater connection to high-quality candidates and provide recommendations on Engrain’s talent strategy
  • Generate pipelines of passive candidates by utilizing inventive and outside-the-box sourcing strategies to identify and engage the talent
  • Level-up recruitment program operations through the intentional training and advisement of recruitment participants
  • Integrate Engrain's DEI philosophy into its talent acquisition program to ensure equal opportunity for all candidates
  • Support and deliver industry-leading social media and employer branding initiatives
  • Attend networking events and participate in career fairs to promote company recognition and identify job boards, industry associations, and college programs to partner with
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art talent management practices
  • The ability to track and report metrics regarding recruiting activity and in compliance with company policy and procedures, federal and state laws

Future State:

  • Create an employee value proposition and employer brand strategy which positions Engrain as a destination for top talent
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on social media campaigns targeting top talent in the markets we serve
  • Develop partnerships with key, like-minded firms to host events to raise brand awareness and attract key talent segments
  • Build an industry-leading onboarding program guiding new hires through key moments of their Engrain journey
  • Build and lead a team to implement and administer the talent management programs you oversee

Requirements What you offer us...

  • 5+ years proven experience in managing Human Resource related functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in Human Resource Management strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local HR requirements
  • High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, inter-dependent programs, and initiatives
  • Ability to build and facilitate effective working relationships across all levels of an organization and customize the individual style and communication skills to deliver results
  • Outstanding learning agility and ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to negotiate, motivate and resolve conflict
  • Strong consultative and solution-oriented mindset

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado $80,000 - $95,000 annually + benefits
