As a Survey Research and Coordination Analyst at Engrain, you will be the linchpin in our on site video capture process, ensuring seamless coordination and meticulous analysis that directly impacts the quality and efficiency of our deliverables. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of property stakeholder coordination and detailed analysis, allowing for a deep understanding of each project and enhancing the overall workflow. You will manage the entire on site video capture lifecycle, from initial client communication and vendor coordination to final deliverable review and post-survey analysis.
Working closely with video creation vendors, on-site property teams, and internal product teams, you will ensure that all on site requirements are met with precision and timeliness. Your ability to manage multiple projects, analyze complex data, and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and driving client satisfaction.

What you’ll do...
Coordinate Survey Logistics:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for survey vendors and clients, managing scheduling and communication.
- Administer and review pre-survey Jotforms, ensuring accurate collection of property access details, rentable items reports, and site maps.
- Compile comprehensive shot-lists and pre-survey documentation, providing clear instructions to vendors and on-site teams.
- Manage property access coordination, ensuring vendors have necessary resources for successful surveys.
Conduct Detailed Analysis:
- Review survey footage and data for completeness and accuracy, identifying gaps and coordinating resurveys as needed.
- Analyze rentable items reports and site maps to determine necessary access points and potential survey challenges.
- Conduct post-survey debriefs with on-site contacts to gather feedback and address any outstanding issues.
- Review all returned deliverables to ensure they meet Engrains production standards.
- Lead the compilation of inventory variance reports and conduct collaborative reviews with on-site teams and clients.
Ensure Process Efficiency:
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring smooth survey execution and minimizing delays.
- Streamline communication between vendors, clients, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage vendor payments upon successful survey completion.
- Task out production with new production standards.
- Adapt to changing processes and work closely with internal stakeholders to refine workflows.

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $60,000 - $65,000 annually. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements.
