Falkbuilt Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coat Technician to join our dynamic team to work a full-time, 4 on 4 off schedule. As the leader in Digital Component Construction, we specialize in streamlining and innovating all aspects of the interior construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powder coating equipment to apply finishes to both MDF and metal products according to specifications.
• Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, degreasing, masking, automated line setup.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure proper coating thickness and coverage.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (6+ years) as a Powder Coat Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability as a critical thinker and problem solver while working under tight timelines.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy parts, and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Certification or training in automated batch powder coating operations is preferred.
