As a Falkbuilt Project Manager you will work with an innovative, fast paced, and ambitious team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Falkbuilt Branches and customers to get projects from design to production while ensuring top end customer service.
- Work closely with product development, manufacturing and management to create and maintain strong internal communication.
- Lead and support a team of Project Coordinators, Designers, and 3D Modelers.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Must be proficient in understanding construction as well as manufacturing methodologies.
- Participate in product mock-up as part of the design and development process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects in the construction and/or manufacturing industry.
- Construction experience is a must.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to read and extrapolate information from technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative team setting.
- Confident and capable in making timely, informed project-related decisions.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Capable of thriving in an open office setting with frequent collaboration and communication.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods during work hours.
- Role involves time spent in both office and manufacturing/production environments.
- Occasional travel required between local work sites and international installations.
