Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Falkbuilt Branches and customers to get projects from design to production while ensuring top end customer service.
• Work closely with product development, manufacturing and management to create and maintain strong internal communication.
• Lead and support a team of Project Coordinators, Designers, and 3D Modelers.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Must be proficient in understanding construction as well as manufacturing methodologies.
• Participate in product mock-up as part of the design and development process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects in the construction and/or manufacturing industry.
• Construction experience is a must.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to read and extrapolate information from technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative team setting.
• Confident and capable in making timely, informed project-related decisions.
