As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, build brand awareness, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Online Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize Fyxt's website, ensuring it serves as an effective hub for lead generation.

Content Management:

  • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and video content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns and newsletters, to nurture leads and engage current customers.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Event Management:

  • Manage Fyxt’s conerence and events presence, including pre and post-event marketing.
  • Register events, coordinate logistics of event materials, signage, furniture, etc.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage Fyxt’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Create engaging content, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to grow the audience and engagement.

Digital Asset Production

  • Lead the creation of compelling digital assets, such as infographics, presentations, and product videos, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Work with graphic designers and content creators as needed.

Paid Media

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Monitor budgets and ROI, ensuring campaigns achieve desired outcomes.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all marketing efforts reflect Fyxt’s brand values, voice, and identity.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the brand’s positioning in the market.

Public Relations (PR)

  • Build relationships with industry media, manage press releases, and secure opportunities for thought leadership.
  • Represent Fyxt at industry events, webinars, and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in marketing, preferably in SaaS or the commercial real estate industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and paid media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.
