Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Fyxt, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for our clients, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal, while driving long-term success and satisfaction with our platform. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems, and identify growth opportunities will be key to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Implementation: Lead new customers through a structured onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal adoption of the Fyxt platform.
- Customer Training: Deliver engaging training sessions and develop clear, accessible documentation to empower customers to use Fyxt effectively.
- Account Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely assistance, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and escalate technical issues when needed.
- Product Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and collaborating with the product team to drive continuous improvement.
- Renewals & Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand account value through upselling and cross-selling relevant Fyxt services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing B2B customer relationships, including onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Support) to deliver customer outcomes and resolve issues.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and success metrics (e.g., NPS, churn rate, customer health scores).
- Proficient in CRM platforms and customer support tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on proactive engagement and relationship-building.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with distributed teams and clients.
- Experience in the PropTech, real estate, or facilities management industry is a strong plus.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000
