Job Title: Strategic Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is cultivating and managing strategic relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and revenue. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales background, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in building strategic partnerships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
3. Understand customer needs, business goals, and pain points to effectively position our products/services as solutions.
4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities and threats.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align strategies and maximize account growth.
6. Deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition and secure new business.
7. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached, while maximizing company profitability.
8. Track account performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.
9. Monitor customer satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
10. Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to network, build relationships, and represent the company as a knowledgeable industry expert.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Strategic Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of sales principles and strategies, ideally within the industry.
6. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and align them with company solutions.
7. Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipeline activities and track progress.
9. Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Willingness to travel to customer sites, meetings, and industry events as required.
