The Role

Kasa is a fast-growing tech-enabled brand and operator of hotel, multifamily, and single-family hospitality accommodations for guests in dozens of markets across the US.

We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to partner with and assist the leasing team to achieve established revenue goals and service metrics. From updating marketing platforms to lease generation, this role will provide support during the entirety of the applicant journey as well as assist with general day-to-day leasing administrative tasks.

In this remote role, you will report to the Senior Leasing Manager and work closely with the Senior Leasing Agent and Leasing Agent.

The Leasing team is dedicated to evolving our National medium-term lease program, maximizing revenue and profit contribution from this unique segment. Our mission is to build a distinctive brand that has direct relationships with our tenants. The leasing team truly enjoys connecting with others and building revenue.


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator, Leasing Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Sales Call Center or similar position
  • English fluency both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a remote work environment
  • Ability to set priorities and work on several projects simultaneously while meeting established guidelines through strong organizational skills
  • Must be computer literate; have experience using Google Workspace tools and products and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Database management experience
  • Motivated by the attainment of goals and metrics
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated

In one year, you will succeed at Kasa by having:

  • Consistently remain on task and schedule with assignments and goals provided to you by your manager
  • Your attention to detail ensures consistent accuracy in marketing, lead and lease data entry
  • Successfully took over day-to-day leasing tasks to allow leasing agents more time to take on higher lead, lease and tenant communication volume
  • Become a respective member of the leasing team through your commitment to your personal and team goals

Day in the life of a Kasa Leasing Coordinator

A day in the life of a Kasa Leasing Coordinator focuses on 3 primary objectives: Organization and attention to detail, time management and prioritization and effective communication. Your role as a Leasing Coordinator will require great organizational skills to optimize your time and day and attention to detail as many tasks will include data entry. Managing your time will allow you to assist with additional tasks your Manager asks for support with and allowing you to prioritize them according to importance and deadlines. As the Leasing Coordinator, you will work with two leasing agents and the leasing manager, as well as cross departmental communications when necessary. It is crucial that you enjoy working with a team and communicating regularly throughout your day as the leasing team is regularly engaging regarding leasing updates but also celebrating successes and wins.
