As a member of the Hospitality Programs team, your goal will be to ensure the implementation of programs that create a positive and lasting impression of Kasa. Responsibilities: A Day in the Life of a Hospitality Support Specialist

As the Hospitality Support Specialist, your primary focus will be to assist the Program Management team by completing routine administrative duties and sourcing external vendors to support our onsite operations. This role is extremely fast paced and will require you to be thoroughly organized to support our vendors, and portfolio stakeholders. In partnership with the rest of your Program Management team, you will help execute predetermined project tasks, ranging from one-off activities to company-wide endeavors.

You will be responsible for answering questions from our various portfolio teams on how our systems work and providing reference materials when requested. Your work will be highly cross-functional, centered on Hospitality Programs, but closely connected with Launch Operations, Portfolio Teams, Tech, Business Operations, and Finance.

You will utilize multiple online platforms to communicate and collaborate virtually, including Dialpad, Slack, Breezeway, Kustomer, Precoro, and Google Suite.

Administration & Ongoing Operations

  • Support multiple verticals such as Utilities, Procurement, and Sourcing.
  • Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and the onboarding experience.
  • Prepare all necessary onboarding materials for Program team onboarding training, including Onsite Teams, Housekeeping Partners, and Remote Support Teams.
  • Ordering, tracking, coordinating, and coordinating the end to end procurement process orders for 60 various properties, across a large selection of vendors.
  • Accomplish specific project tasks as assigned by the Program Leadership team.

Cross-Functional Operational Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless hand-offs and accountability between teams.
  • Executes predefined tasks to support the rollout and coordinate preventive and reactive measures to enhance efficiency and quality with our on-site cleaning partners.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for portfolio teams, assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving for housekeeping, laundry, inventory, and other related issues.
  • Contribute ideas and offer feedback to enhance Kasa's various property operations.

Experience

  • You have 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • You have 1 year of mid-level management experience in the hospitality sector.
  • You are adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent Communicator - You are able to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing. You are extremely comfortable on the phone, with email, and video calls
  • Responsive & Detail Obsessed - You take meticulous notes and follow-up after every meeting
  • Strong Technology Skills - Including use of various online platforms (Google Suite, Notion, Slack, CRM, etc.)

Plus if...

  • You have financial analytical, accounting, and/or project management experience
  • You love training and can assist in building documentation
  • Have experience in vendor negotiations

  • Become an invaluable resource to our team regarding administrative task processing and management
  • Provided great sourcing, and onboarding experience to our newest Housekeeping Partners
  • Highlighted opportunities and solutions for improvement and process refinement to the Supervisor and Management teams
