This role is responsible to ensure that each provider, tenant and Property Manager is treated in a professional and friendly manner. This role will answer phone calls and respond to requests of those calls, coordinating follow up and follow through of our customer’s needs. This role is responsible for interacting with Lula customers, maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic and professional approach, while delivering consistent excellent customer service by utilizing an in-depth knowledge of company processes.Responsibilities include: Provide in-house day-to-day support; maintain records; proactively address customer concerns; make and receive calls; liaison between customers and service providers; maintain a positive attitude; support efforts to enhance the customer experience.Job Type: Full-time.
