The Property Management Coordinator is a frontline, customer-facing role responsible for ensuring providers, tenants, and Property Managers receive professional, friendly, and effective service. You will answer calls, respond to requests, and coordinate follow-up and follow-through on customer needs while maintaining a positive, authentic, and professional approach.Responsibilities:- Provide in-house support to property managers, tenants, and service providers- Maintain records per policy; proactively address concerns; escalate as needed- Make/receive phone calls and emails; ensure effective communication for follow-through- Maintain positive attitude; manage multiple priorities; enhance the customer experienceRequirements:- 3+ years related experience (property maintenance REQUIRED)- Positive attitude; excellent communication; strong prioritization/time management- Strong initiative; ability to work in a fast-paced startup; perform essential functions with/without accommodationTechnical Skills: Excel and Outlook required; proficiency with web-based platformsCompensation: $50,000–$60,000 annual + bonus programsBenefits: 100% employer-covered medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, parental leaveJob Type: Full-time; Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotating Weekends; Work Remotely: No
