Job description: Lula is rapidly expanding and seeking a Field Project Manager to help manage residential rental property maintenance and turnover repairs. Experience & Requirements: Ability to evaluate and estimate repairs (flooring, painting, handyman, drywall, etc.); understand residential maintenance and cost ranges; schedule and coordinate vendor work to meet timelines; properly scope and quote Make Readies; perform quality control inspections and communicate corrections; manage multiple vendors throughout a project. Role Expectations: Coordinate, compile, and submit detailed quote information; provide comprehensive estimates of labor, material, and subcontractor costs; exercise discretion and judgment; communicate with crews; engage customers and vendors with strong analytical and communication skills. Work from Lula’s local office in Overland Park, KS and in the field throughout Kansas City. Compensation: Full-time, Salary $52,000–$55,000 with bonus opportunities; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, paid parental leave; schedule Monday–Friday (day shift) with weekend availability.
