At least 3-5 years of relevant residential maintenance experience required.Role Expectations: Coordinate and submit detailed quotes; estimate labor/material/subcontractor costs; communicate with crews; strong analytical and communication skills; work in local office located in Overland Park, KS and in the field throughout Kansas City.Job Type: Full-time. Salary: $52,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year (w/ Bonus Opportunities). Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend Availability.
