As an Account Manager, you will serve as project manager for assigned Lula property manager customers, owning projects end-to-end and building strong customer relationships. You will drive product adoption, manage service delivery, monitor customer health and spend, conduct training, and proactively address concerns.Responsibilities:- Drive continual product adoption and expansion of Lula’s solutions- Monitor/manage jobs and resolve potential issues- Track customer health, utilization, and spending trends; use data to drive engagement- Conduct training webinars for end users; develop product/industry knowledge- Drive adoption of new products; provide day-to-day support to property managers- Proactively address concerns and effectively manage multiple priorities- Support customer experience improvements via phone and emailDesired Skills:- Property Management or Maintenance experience strongly preferred- Experience managing relationships in Single-Family Rental space- 3–5 years in sales, client relations, customer service, or related field- Strong communication, prioritization, and time management- Ability to build/maintain relationships and work in a fast-paced startupBenefits & Support: Positive, supportive environment; growth and mentorship; EEOJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: Overland Park, KansasWork Remotely: NoCompensation: Base $60,000 with total target compensation (TTC) $70,000
