The Provider Success Representative will be responsible for maintaining Lula’s community of skilled trade vendors throughout the U.S. In this position candidates will be responsible for: · Contact Service Providers via phone (nationwide) to discuss Lula’s unique value proposition. · Use data on service provider accounts to distribute work to the most qualified pros and to identify opportunity areas within the markets you manage. · Effectively guide service providers through the vetting and onboarding process to become a Lula approved provider.
