Lula is seeking a Marketing Manager to build a repeatable marketing engine that drives top-of-funnel demand and equips sales to win. Ideal for a marketer who can move from strategy to execution across digital campaigns, content, social media, events, and sales enablement. You’ll shape campaign planning and performance, create customer-facing and sales-facing assets, and help define positioning as we scale into new markets and release new products. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing, collaborating closely with Sales and Product, and be supported by contractors as needed.Position Responsibilities:- Champion Lula’s brand across all channels- Build and promote the reputation of our provider network and service experience through testimonials and social proof- Support Lula’s content strategy (TOF, MOF, BOF) to generate demand- Plan and execute events and tradeshows with a repeatable in-person experience- Partner with Sales and Product to align messaging across the customer journey- Collaborate on co-marketing, webinars, and joint promotions- Support GTM and positioning for Core Boost, LuMi, and ForesightRole Requirements:- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or Proptech- Proven success in strategy and execution across content, digital, email, social, and events- Strong understanding of product and partner marketing in a sales-led environment- Skilled with AI, marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics- Cross-functional collaboration skills; hands-on creator mindsetMarketing Tech Stack: HubSpot CRM, Clarity/GA4, AHREFs, Canva, ChatGPT, WordPress, Microsoft TeamsBenefits/Environment: Positive, collaborative culture; growth and mentorship; EEOSchedule/Location: Day shift, Monday–Friday; Preferred in-office Overland Park, KS (open to remote for the right candidate)Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: $75,000–$90,000 per year + company bonus plan
