Lula provides maintenance to partners in 30+ markets across the U.S. This role is responsible for growing Lula’s base of customer clients through high-volume outbound and rigorous qualification. You will run outbound campaigns to identify/qualify high-value property management prospects, build interest, and set quality meetings for Account Executives.Responsibilities:- Understand the property management market and Lula’s offerings- High-volume outbound: 60–80+ activities/day (calls, emails, social)- Drive meetings set and held; focus on qualified intent- Master the Lula pitch; protect calendar with confirmations and pre-readsIdeal Candidate:- Business development/sales experience (preferably outside sales)- High initiative, analytical, strong presentation/interpersonal skills- Phone-first mentality; resilience; coachability; curiosity; motivationQualifications:- Mindset, effort, and coachability prioritized; customer-facing experience helpful but not required- Willingness to learn outbound fundamentals; confident phone communicationSupport & Benefits: Positive, supportive environment; mentorship; EEO; Medical/Dental/Vision/Life; PTO; voluntary benefitsJob Details: Full-time; Monday–Friday; Work Location: Overland Park, Kansas; Work Remotely: No; Salary: $55,000 + variable; Bonus pay
