We are hiring a Maintenance Specialist to bring hands-on maintenance expertise into our operations team—ensuring work orders and estimates are accurate, complete, and ready for execution by our network of service professionals. The Role: Review work orders and job details before customer presentation; ensure scope/details are accurate and complete; validate provider estimates and bids; identify missing information and clarify scope; provide feedback based on maintenance best practices; ensure work orders meet Lula’s standards; identify workflow and quality control improvements; collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Provider Success, AI, and Product teams to improve processes and technology support. What We Offer: Compensation $60,000–$75,000 plus benefits (Health, Dental & Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, 401(k)).
