What You’ll Own: Serve as a client-facing leader overseeing day-to-day work order intake; coordinate with tenants and property managers to gather information; provide in-house support to property managers, tenants, and service providers; update notes daily; keep track of all projects and work orders under your guidance; troubleshoot initial work order entries using property maintenance knowledge; maintain cost range knowledge for handyman, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, drywall, etc.; deliver exceptional service; make quick decisions to ensure timely completion; communicate via phone, text/SMS, email, and property management platforms; act as liaison between customers and service providers; maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple priorities; collaborate across Lula departments; adapt to fast-paced technological changes. Must Haves include Excel and Outlook, web-based software proficiency, and 1+ year of customer service. Job Details: Full-time, Day Shift Monday–Friday, Overland Park, Kansas (in-office; not a field position), Salary $60,000–$65,000 with annual bonus opportunity.
