Job Description: Lula’s mission is to make maintenance easy for residents and property managers nationwide. We are seeking a Make Ready Field Manager in the Oklahoma City area to provide onsite leadership and quality control on job sites—acting as boots on the ground to drive productivity, ensure safety and performance standards, communicate status, and coordinate tasks with handymen. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor make ready projects to schedules, budgets, and quality standards; lead 1099 make ready crews; act as primary point of contact to resolve customer issues and strengthen relationships; coordinate and assign tasks; provide on-the-job support and quality control; conduct spot checks to minimize comebacks; monitor subcontractor work quality and guide improvements; analyze field processes and recommend improvements; manage project quotes for prompt delivery and approval; cultivate teamwork and effective communication. Job Details: Full-time; Monday–Friday, Day/8 Hour Shift, Weekend Availability; Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK; Salary $90,000–$100,000 per year (plus mileage), with commission and bonus pay; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and PTO.
