This role will be our boots on the ground at each job location to provide oversight, advance productivity, and will ensure safety and performance standards are met. This role will communicate with customers and members of leadership to help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues and keep leadership updated with information, observations, job status and improvements needed. This role will also coordinate tasks with our team of handymen. The Make Ready Field Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.Responsibilities- Manage and monitor make ready projects, ensuring they are executed in accordance with established schedules, budgets, and quality standards.- Lead 1099 make ready crews to renovate and turn dwellings to prepare them for new residents.- Act as the primary point of contact to resolve customer issues or concerns in order to strengthen partner relationships and secure customer contracts, exercising judgment based upon experience, guidelines, and scope of authority.- Coordinate with handymen, assigning tasks and ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to carry out their work efficiently.- Provide on the job support, formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate these objectives with staff, vendors and contracted resources.- Organize workload to meet short and long-term organization objectives and assist in the preparation of Regulatory documents.- Advise the leadership team about potential issues on all accounts and provide status on all renovation or make ready projects, as requested.- Minimize comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.- Monitor the quality of work conducted delivered by sub-contractors and provide guidance where improvement is needed and ways to enhance operational effectiveness.- Ability to analyze field processes and activities and make recommendations for process improvement to further business growth.- Monitor and manage project quotes to ensure prompt delivery and approval.- Cultivate a collaborative team environment that encourages effective communication and teamwork among colleagues.Skills Needed- Proven experience in coordinating make ready projects, renovations, or construction management.- Knowledge of construction, project management and related safety procedures.- 4+ years knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., handyman, electrical, plumbing, appliances repair, etc.).- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and with a team, positive attitude, excellent communication, effective prioritization, problem solving and time management, strong initiative, ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, readiness to hustle/learn/teach/grow, valid Driver’s License.How we support you- A positive and inspiring team environment; professional growth and internal promotion; hands-on mentors and leaders; EEO employer.Benefits- Medical Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Vision Insurance; Paid Time Off.Job Details- Job Type: Full-time- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day/8 Hour Shift, Weekend Availability- Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK- Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year (plus mileage)- Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay, Bonus Pay
