Markerr is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director, specializing in real estate data and analytics. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. Your focus will be on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through your exceptional sales skills and in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector. You will have the opportunity to substantially grow revenues through your exceptional sales skills, making a direct contribution to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets real estate professionals and leverages our unique data and analytics products.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market, cultivating relationships with potential clients in property analysis, real estate insights, and forecasting.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth as an individual contributor through effective sales techniques, cross-selling opportunities, and upselling strategies for our AI-generated market summaries, analysis, and forecasts.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting: Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a real estate data and analytics sales role, with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI-generated real estate market insights, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a deep knowledge of the real estate sector.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making in the real estate industry.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the real estate data and analytics space.
