Requirements:

• 5+ years of Python development for ML solutions
• 3+ years operationalizing ML applications
• Experience with Generative AI, transformers, and LLM projects
• Familiarity with frameworks like Huggingface, LangChain, or GPT
• Ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years applying large language and generative AI models
• Experience finetuning LLMs
• Proficiency in API design, Containerization, and DevOps
• Leadership experience in Agile teams
• Knowledge of ML model testing, evaluation, and governance
• Familiarity with HITL systems, explainability metrics, and responsible AI
• Understanding of ML model life cycle processes and considerations for hardware deployment
• Master’s degree in CS, Mathematics, or Engineering
