Job Summary:
The Client Delivery Expert will provide exceptional support to Markerr clients, assisting with technical issues, inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users. The role involves troubleshooting, understanding and identifying client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve our solutions and services. Additionally, the Client Delivery Expert will conduct product demos for prospective clients to showcase the value and functionality of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Resolve technical issues and answer questions related to Markerr’s solutions.
- Provide guidance and best practices to optimize client usage of our products.
Prospect Demos:
- Conduct engaging and informative product demos for prospective clients.
- Highlight the features and benefits of Markerr’s solutions tailored to the prospects’ needs.
- Assist in answering technical questions and addressing any concerns during the demo process.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client and prospect issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team as necessary.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorilDocumentation and Training:
- Provision user trials and data demos
- Conduct client training sessions and webinars to enhance product knowledge.
- Gather client feedback to improve training materials and support resources.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to address recurring issues and improve product features.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to help shape future product development.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Markerr’s solutions.
- Monitor client usage and proactively reach out to offer assistance or additional training as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a client support or technical support role.
- Experience with SaaS products or real estate technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software applications and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues effectively.
