Overview:

As a Principal Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating, leading, and implementing product design strategy across Measurabl’s organization and product suite. You’ll be directly tackling the most complex projects and product releases navigating ambiguous environments. This is an opportunity to set industry standards for digital solutions in a rapidly evolving industry. You will also be responsible for supporting the design team through mentorship, best practice development, and global standards & guidelines. You’ll be tasked with wrangling the complex relationship between business need, customer need, and inspired design.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Lead the design team in developing a multi-product design strategy that directly informs product roadmap and execution

  • Establish guidelines and best practices to ensure the quality of design team output meets the high standards of our business and our customers

  • Ownership of identification and execution of the most complex design projects that delivers significant business and customer value

  • Responsible for achievement and data-driven validation of the impact of product design projects and initiatives

  • Represent the voice of the customer for the large global enterprises Measurabl serves

Education & Experience:

We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl. Above all, we consider a person’s potential impact in the role and value their unique path to this point in their career.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior individual contributor or manager role

  • Experience leading and/or mentoring a team of designers

  • Exceptional interaction and visual skills

  • Experience evolving and maintaining collaborative design systems with Design & Engineering stakeholders

  • Deep organization and execution capabilities, especially in areas of influence and collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups

  • Experience in design thinking and lean methodologies to lead teams toward customer-centered outcomes

  • Excellent written/verbal communication - an engaging storyteller.

  • Experience working in multi-product B2B SaaS environments strongly preferred

  • Experience working within ESG or real estate domains is nice to have

Compensation Range:

  • $147,000.00- $196,650.00
