Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Channel Development to lead our global partnership initiatives. In this high-impact role, you’ll build and manage a robust ecosystem of technology partners, service providers, channel collaborators, and strategic alliances. You will play a critical role in expanding our market reach, co-developing solutions, and accelerating revenue growth through an integrated partner strategy.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and own the global partnership strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets.
- Ecosystem Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities across verticals—technology, consulting, integration, data providers, and industry associations.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate senior-level relationships with key partners, driving mutual value and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Commercial Execution: Structure, negotiate, and execute partner agreements, including revenue-share models, joint solutions, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to integrate partnerships into the broader company strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and track partner performance to ensure alignment, accountability, and ROI.
- Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategy.
- Attend Industry events and tradeshows. Publicly speak on relevant topics as requested.
- Travel (up to 20%) at times.
Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances—ideally in PropTech, Real Estate or SaaS.
- Proven ability to structure and grow high-impact partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the commercial real estate ecosystem and the evolving PropTech landscape.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of building scalable partner programs.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working in ESG or sustainability-focused tech solutions.
- Existing network within commercial real estate, CRE tech, or related industries.
- Global partnership experience, especially across North America and Europe.
- Experience with Salesforce.

Compensation Range:
- 193K to 220K + DOE (plus commissions when applicable)
