Overview:

Measurabl is seeking a highly strategic and client-facing Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product in accelerating enterprise revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sustainability expertise, and technical platform execution.

The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in helping commercial real estate owners and asset managers understand how Measurabl’s platform drives regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and portfolio-level performance improvement.

This is not a traditional demo role. It is a consultative, revenue-driving position that translates complex sustainability and building performance challenges into measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Sales Partnership & Deal Acceleration

  • Partner with Account Executives in the US and EMEA on complex enterprise opportunities
  • Lead discovery sessions with sustainability, asset management, finance, and IT stakeholders
  • Translate global sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure, local building performance standards) into platform-based solutions
  • Deliver tailored, value-oriented product demonstrations
  • Build solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
  • Lead and contribute to high-quality RFP and security questionnaire responses
  • Address data integration, API, and technical architecture questions
  • Proactively remove technical objections to accelerate sales cycles

Value Engineering & Business Impact

  • Quantify operational savings, risk mitigation, and compliance efficiencies
  • Support ROI modeling and executive-level business cases
  • Articulate how Measurabl improves NOI, reduces OPEX, and strengthens sustainability reporting and capital market positioning
  • Assist in expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolios

Product & Market Feedback Loop

  • Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering
  • Identify recurring integration or workflow friction points
    Support roadmap prioritization with market-backed insight
  • Stay current on sustainability regulations and decarbonization trends impacting commercial real estate

Education & Experience:

  • 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sustainability Consulting, or commercial real estate technology
  • Deep familiarity with commercial real estate ownership and asset management workflows
  • Strong understanding of sustainability reporting, decarbonization strategy, or building performance regulations across the US and Europe
  • Experience supporting or leading complex RFP responses
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data integration, technical infrastructure, AI, business intelligence tools, and SaaS platforms
  • Ability to speak fluently with sustainability leaders, CFOs, asset managers, and IT stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Metrics-driven and revenue-oriented

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities

Compensation Range:

  • $98,000 to $125,000
