About the Role
This is a career-defining opportunity to play a crucial role in a hyper-scale AI company that is transforming the future of autonomous systems, energy, and the built environment. We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Swift (or similar programming languages) to join our product team. You will help shape and deliver user-facing features, working closely with designers, product managers, and AI engineers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of mobile engineering and cutting-edge AI.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality applications (primarily iOS).
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver elegant, user-focused experiences.
- Integrate AI capabilities into apps, enabling natural and intuitive interactions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while contributing to best practices.
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence product direction with your technical expertise.

- Strong experience with Swift and iOS development (knowledge of Objective-C, Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks is a plus).
- Familiarity with modern app architecture (MVVM, Combine, etc.).
- A product-focused mindset — you care about how features solve real user problems.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML APIs, natural language interfaces, or context-aware systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
You must have
- Proven experience: 5+ years in developing software with an ecosystem nature.
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to craft narratives and messaging that resonate across different engineering and product teams.
- Organized and strategic: Skilled in planning and delivering in an agile manner.
- Collaborative mindset: Enjoy working across teams, contributing to integrated campaigns, and aligning event strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, eager to learn, iterate, and innovate.
- Problem solving: You own this role. When issues arise, be the empowered force that solves them, rolling-up.
It’s helpful to have
- Knowledge of MLOps workflows and deploying AI systems in production.
- Familiarity with ontologies, semantic reasoning, or graph-based recommendation systems.
- Experience in knowledge work automation, intelligent assistants, or productivity tools.
