About the Role
The Program Manager of Autonomous Building Deployments is accountable for end-to-end execution of PassiveLogic’s global project portfolio, driving the deployment of the Autonomous Building platform across commercial buildings worldwide. This role owns delivery performance across quality, schedule, cost, and margin, and is the central integrating force between customers, field execution teams, internal engineering and product functions, and senior leadership.
The successful candidate will bring deep credibility in commercial building systems, demonstrated skill in orchestrating complex multi-stakeholder programs, and the leadership presence to embed a project-driven, customer-centric culture across a fast-scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Ownership & Delivery
Own and deliver the full portfolio of building deployments, with accountability for quality, schedule, cost, and margin performance.
Act as the central interface between customer stakeholders, field execution teams, and internal functions to drive successful project outcomes.
Partner with the Commercialization Team and Construction Project Management to ensure end-to-end coordination and the highest standard of tenant satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Partner Management
Actively steer internal deployment and product development teams — spanning software, hardware, and controls — to deliver results on time.
Engage and manage external execution partners, including device and equipment partners and communication providers, to remove blockers and ensure execution excellence.
Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership.
Governance, Process & Scalability
Establish and own project governance frameworks, including portfolio steering, reporting structures, KPIs, and toolsets.
Build, document, and scale deployment processes, standards, and best practices for Autonomous Building implementations.
Lead continuous improvement of deployment efficiency, cost structure, and operational scalability.
Technical Integration
Ensure successful integration of PassiveLogic systems within complex building environments, including HVAC, electrical, controls, BMS, and related sub-systems.
Maintain technical fluency across building automation and controls to credibly guide integration decisions and resolve escalations.

What you’ll bring
You must have
Portfolio Scale - Proven track record managing complex commercial building project portfolios with total value exceeding $100M.
Industry Experience - Minimum 5 years in commercial building execution roles — including electrical, mechanical, controls, facility management, or construction / project management.
Technical Depth - Hands-on experience deploying advanced building systems, including comparable controls and automation platforms.
Systems Knowledge - Strong working knowledge of building systems integration: HVAC, electrical, controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners in high-stakes, deadline-driven delivery environments.
Governance - Experience establishing and operating project governance, reporting structures, and execution frameworks at program scale.
You should have
Excellent communication - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
It’s helpful to have
Certification - Project or Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
