About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager for Autonomous Building Controls, you will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution of PassiveLogic's technology to our partners and their portfolio sites across the EU. You will work closely with our corporate partners, installation contractors, end-users, and other key players to ensure seamless implementation of PassiveLogic technology.

What you’ll do
Oversee building controls integration and coordination: Work alongside peer construction managers, managing on-site project execution and ensuring alignment with design specifications. You must have technical building controls expertise to be successful in this role.
Manage sales application support and engineering: Work closely with end-users, VARs, MSIs, and installation contractors to support project take-off and engineering processes.
Act as a key feedback loop: Collaborate with external partners and our internal team to relay crucial insights to PassiveLogic’s leadership that improve product performance and deployment strategies.
Ensure seamless project execution: Manage job timelines, coordinate site activities, and proactively address challenges to maintain project efficiency.

You must have
Technical requirements:
Hands-on programming and configuration of DDC and/or PLC controllers
Experience with BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP, or equivalent building automation protocols
Ability to develop and validate sequences of operation for HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, boilers, and split units
Proficiency in at least one major BMS platform such as Niagara, DesigoCC, Honeywell EBI, or equivalent
Point-to-point I/O testing, FAT, and SAT commissioning experience on live building systems
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems including low voltage wiring, terminations, and instrumentation
Experience integrating third-party equipment over standard protocols
Project management experience
Nice to have:
Experience with SCADA or HMI platforms
Familiarity with AI-driven or autonomous control platforms
IEC 61131-3 Structured Text or equivalent PLC programming experience
German or Dutch language proficiency
Hands-on design and programming experience with building controls systems"
