The Opportunity
PredictAP is seeking a motivated and experienced SMB/Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our impact within the SMB and mid-market segments. You will play a pivotal part in converting leads sourced by our Marketing and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams into successful partnerships, as well as proactively sourcing new leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Success in the role will be dependent on your drive to execute, your ability to deliver results, your growth mindset (you seek and act upon feedback), and your problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Actively work on leads & deals provided by the Marketing and BDR teams to convert them into successful sales. Engage in meaningful conversations, demonstrating the value of PredictAP to potential clients.
- Pipeline Development: Apart from working on existing leads, take initiative to source new leads through networking, research, and strategic outreach to continually build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the VP of Sales to execute effective sales strategies tailored to the SMB and mid-market segments, ensuring alignment with PredictAP’s business goals and market positioning.
- Client Relations: Nurture lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and how PredictAP’s solution can address their challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and BDR teams to share insights, feedback, and collaborate on strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion processes..
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, with 3-5 years experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector targeting SMB and mid-market clients. Selling into commercial real estate is a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong initiative in lead generation and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills and someone who takes ownership of their work
- A collaborative team player with a growth mindset, willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Tech Stack
- Has experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, SFDC, etc)
- Has experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar platforms
- Bonus: AI augmentation for demand gen or willingness to learn and use it (copy.ai and others)
