Who We Are:

Revyse exists to help multifamily operators discover the best vendor partners, manage contracts and compliance, and reduce financial risk. Our AI-powered platform helps the industry turn vendor and supplier data into a strategic advantage. We are a fast-moving, early-stage tech company with a big vision. Founded by industry experts and financially supported by industry veterans - we're overhauling the relationship between operators and suppliers.

Who We’re Hiring:

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to keep our fast-moving system flowing smoothly. This role is about execution, process, and unblocking. You’ll partner directly with product managers and engineers to make sure projects are scoped clearly, obstacles get removed quickly, and delivery stays on track. From core features to third-party integrations that power our platform, you’ll help us move fast without breaking (too many) things.

The right fit is someone who is comfortable shifting altitude. You’ll move easily between the details (GitHub commits, tickets, integration points) and the bigger picture (status, risks, and leadership updates). At the intersection of Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll add the structure that helps us grow without bogging us down.

What You’ll Do:

  • Integration Program: Shepherd our technical integration ecosystem. You'll nurture relationships with key integration partners (think Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.), ensure seamless technical connectivity, monitor performance and health, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement. From commercial contracts to credential management to post-integration analysis, you'll keep eyes on how we connect with the broader Proptech ecosystem.
  • Technical Operations: Maintain operational rigor across our technical programs. You'll coordinate incident response, monitoring and alerting strategies, create escalation frameworks, and ensure our technical operations are proactive. You'll also help maintain our SOC 2 Type II compliance by coordinating any new evidence collection, managing audit cycles, and ensuring operational controls are consistently followed. Think of yourself as the person who builds the systems that prevent fires, not just puts them out.
  • Program Execution & Delivery: Drive stuff from concept to completion. You'll help facilitate eng planning sessions, identify dependencies across distributed teams, track progress against commitments, and remove blockers that slow teams down. You'll open up feedback loops through retrospectives and ensure we're continuously improving how we work. Your goal is predictable, high-quality delivery at a sustainable pace.
  • Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management: Build and maintain the technical knowledge base that makes our organization scalable. Create integration documentation, guides, and process docs that turn tribal knowledge into accessible, evergreen resources.
  • Release Management & Communication: Help manage the deployment strategy and serve as a technical resource for production deployments. Coordinate testing and QA efforts, manage release calendars, and communicate what's shipping to the business through release notes and updates. You'll ensure launch readiness across teams and make sure releases go smoothly from development through to customer delivery.
  • Process & Tooling Optimization: Refine how we work, while keeping in mind our company size and stage. You'll evolve our eng planning and resourcing processes, optimize our use of project management tools, establish release calendars and deployment practices, and create lightweight processes that add value without adding bureaucracy. You know that good process enables speed, while bad process creates friction.

What You Bring:

  • Experience. Around 3-5 years in technical program management, Scrum, or technical operations in a software/technology environment is our baseline, but we're flexible for the right person who can demonstrate impact.
  • Technical fluency. You understand APIs, integrations, databases, deployment pipelines, and how modern software systems work. You don't need to write production code, but you need enough technical depth to have credible conversations with engineers, troubleshoot integration issues, and make informed technical decisions.
  • Proptech knowledge is a massive plus. If you've worked on integrations with property management systems like Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata, you're already speaking our language. If you haven't, you'll need to dive in headfirst and learn the domain quickly - real estate tech has its quirks.
  • Systems thinking and organizational design. You don't just manage tasks, you build systems that scale. You can look at how a team works, identify inefficiencies, and design processes that make things better. You think in frameworks, patterns, and sustainable solutions rather than one-off fixes. But you also know how to keep it relevant to the startup stage.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills. You can facilitate difficult conversations, align stakeholders with competing priorities, and drive decisions without formal authority. You write clearly, present confidently, and know how to tailor your message for different audiences - from engineers to executives.
  • Diplomatic leadership. You lead through influence, collaboration, and credibility. You know how to work with different personalities and work styles, navigate organizational dynamics, and get distributed teams rowing in the same direction. You're firm when needed but always lead with empathy and respect.
  • Bias toward action and ownership. You don't wait for permission or perfect information. When you see something that needs doing, you take ownership and drive it forward. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and course-correcting as you learn more.
  • Startup DNA. You thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm. You're energized by building and improving systems rather than just maintaining them. You don't need structure handed to you. You create it.

Why Join Team Revyse:

  • You’ll help move our high-growth startup forward and shape how we scale.
  • Collaborative remote-forward work environment with a SUPER passionate and talented team. We love working hard on interesting projects.
  • You’ll be sitting at the crossroads of multifamily vendors and operators. Being able to bring the industry together and amplifying the good happening all around us is some seriously rewarding work.
  • Trust falls are part of our DNA. We don’t think it’s weird or awkward to care about our well-being at work - we value each other as individuals and are energized by the idea of understanding our colleagues on a deeper level.
  • Our leadership philosophy is to over communicate, always. We’re transparent about company goals and opportunities.
  • We believe that 100% of the organization should understand and be accountable to the vision and strategy. If we all know where it is we’re trying to go, it’s far easier to row the boat in unison.
