About the Role
Through every conversation we have with our users we learn, extracting & generating vast quantities of data. This data is invaluable to our clients, helping them gain insight into their customer experience, operational processes and more. Our goal is to help them use this data to make better decisions. From staffing, to process improvement.
This is a role for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Product Owner, who works on complex systems that involve data workflows and visualisations.
They will take ownership of the Travtus data product offering with the aim of driving forward the business thinking, design, development and delivery of multiple data-focused solutions to customers. The current roadmap includes but is not limited to Dashboards, Reports, Data Feeds, Alerts and API’s.
Tasks
Developing user requirements and defining functional designs of complex systems and data flows
Building and executing test plans
Analyzing and designing complex systems including those leveraging Machine Learning models (especially NLP and Large Language models)

Analyzing data to draw conclusions and communicating sometimes complex concepts effectively to stakeholders
Requirements
Demonstratable experience as a data-focused Product Analyst, Product Owner or Business Analyst
Experience designing and implementing data visualizations and dashboards.
Experience with Excel, SQL and Python are mandatory
Experience with AWS, QuickSight and RedShift is an advantage, as we utilise these tools
Experience or good knowledge of Data-warehousing (DWH) and working with large datasets is another advantage you may have
Awareness and understanding of Machine Learning and how it can be utilised
Awareness of good data security processes and practices
