We're Turno, a fast-growing SaaS startup that provides the tools short term rental hosts need to manage their cleaning and scheduling responsibilities. Turno is the smart way to schedule, pay, and find vacation rental cleaners and cleaning services. We are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team in Miami!

What you’ll do:

As an Account Manager, you will own the critical early phase of our customer’s lifecycle, as well as focus on different barriers to conversion that we face in our industry.


  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Work closely with Engineering on identifying bugs and tracking enhancement requests
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our customer base
  • Participate in and offer support to Product and QA Teams
  • Perform Customer Support duties as needed
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities


  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Self motivated and target driven
