Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Turno, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our customer base. You will be one of the first points of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. If you are a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and technology, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to initiate contact with prospects.

Demo Setting: Schedule meetings demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

Close and HubSpot Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in Close. Use HubSpot for marketing leads.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position Turno’s solutions.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, outcomes, and pipeline status to the sales manager.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company. Short term rental knowledge is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools. Experience with tools like Close and HubSpot are a plus.

Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to achieving targets and goals.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
