What You’ll Do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growth and new initiatives in the UK and Germany markets. (Contracting role)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Turno’s presence in the UK and Germany markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with short-term rental hosts and cleaners
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
• Call and email warm leads to increase conversion of new sign ups
• Prospect for new cleaners to join our cleaner marketplace
• Serve as the voice of the customers and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our customer base
• Coordinate with the existing account management team on strategic initiatives
• Participate in and offer support to Product and QA Teams
• Perform Customer Support duties as needed
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Experience:

• Must live in Australia or New Zealand
• 1+ years of experience in vacation rental property management/software solutions
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Proven knowledge of the STR tech industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and target-driven
• Fluent English and German speaker
