Turno is a fast-growing startup in the vacation rental services industry. Our platform connects vacation rental hosts and cleaners, helping both by automatically scheduling and managing their cleaning projects with our website and mobile apps.

Our team is completely distributed, with hubs in the US, Brazil, Argentina and France.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager at Turno. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with Turno's services.

We are looking for candidates located in the metro area of the city of Buenos Aires. We have a flexible schedule between a co-working space in Belgrano and remote work from home.

Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken) as all work is done in English.

As an Account Manager, you will own the critical early phase of our customer’s lifecycle, as well as focus on different barriers to conversion that we face in our industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Work closely with Engineering on identifying bugs and tracking enhancement requests
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our customer base
  • Participate in and offer support to Product and QA Teams
  • Perform Customer Support duties as needed
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. All communication and documentation is in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to self-manage time and schedule.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self motivated and target driven
  • Knowledge of the short-term rental industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field
