Role Description:
This is a full-time role as an Account Manager at Turno, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional satisfaction with our services. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, onboarding new users, and driving international growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Conduct warm outreach and follow-ups with potential clients to drive new business opportunities.
• Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with existing users, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Identify user's needs and craft personalized solutions to align with their business objectives and enhance their experience.
User Recruitment & Onboarding
• Contribute to Turno’s global growth by recruiting and onboarding users in new and emerging markets, helping drive supply expansion and business scalability.
• Oversee onboarding, ensuring users are well-versed in platform functionalities and best practices.
• Develop onboarding materials, provide training sessions, and track user progress to ensure successful adoption.
Collaboration & Internal Feedback
• Partner closely with the Engineering team to identify and report bugs, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous product improvement.
• Act as the customer’s voice, consistently offering insights to internal teams on how to optimize and improve the overall user experience.
Support & Cross-Functional Contributions
• Assist Product and QA teams during testing phases, offering insights from a user-facing perspective.
• Step in to perform customer support duties when required, ensuring high-quality service delivery and swift issue resolution.
Market Intelligence & Growth Opportunities
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to proactively identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Leverage insights to recommend new markets or segments for expansion, contributing to long-term business development strategies.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Fluency in written and spoken English. All communication and documentation is in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to self-manage time and schedule.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self motivated and target driven
- Knowledge of the short-term rental industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field
Requirements:
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) – all work is conducted in English.
• Located in the metro area of Buenos Aires.
• Languages spoken (ideal): English, Spanish, and Italian.
