Turno is looking for a passionate International Marketing Associate for the French market to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, full-time position based in the Brazil area.

This role requires native-level proficiency in both French and English. You'll play a crucial role in expanding Turno's presence in the French market by assisting with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across social media and through influencer outreach. You'll also be responsible for producing engaging creative content tailored for our French-speaking audience.

The ideal candidate empathizes with our customers, balances creativity with structure, and effectively manages multiple projects while bringing great ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Turno's products and services.
• Regularly post on social media channels and respond to users in French, fostering community engagement.
• Write compelling social media content, web content, and promotional materials as needed.
• Report insights and periodic statistics for social media traffic, brand sentiment, brand engagement, and lead generation in the French market.
• Support influencer outreach efforts to build high-impact social media campaigns and collaborations.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (native-level proficiency in both languages is required).
• Background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and digital content creation.
• Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented while multitasking and handling multiple content projects.
• Internally motivated and an independent thinker.
• Experience in the vacation rental industry or a startup environment is a plus, but not required.
