Role Summary
Turno is hiring a Product Analytics Analyst to partner closely with Product and Growth teams to drive funnel optimization, experimentation, and product decision-making. You will own core product metrics, build analyses that influence roadmap and iteration, and improve the measurement foundation across Looker, Mixpanel, BigQuery, and dbt. The right candidate is a proactive, highly analytical self-starter who can quickly learn our product and data model, produce clear insights, and raise the bar on how we run A/B tests and interpret results.
Strong English communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Define and own key product metrics and funnels.
- Analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention to find growth and UX opportunities.
- Plan and analyze A/B tests (metrics, guardrails, results, recommendations).
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting in Looker and Mixpanel.
- Write and optimize SQL in BigQuery for analysis and reporting.
- Improve data models and metric tables with dbt (or partner with the data team).
- Improve tracking and data quality (instrumentation, validation, monitoring).
- Enable self-serve analytics through documentation and standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, or BI.
- Strong SQL (BigQuery preferred).
- Experience with Mixpanel or similar event analytics tools.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Experience building dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with dbt and data modeling is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

LATAM Operations
This is a full-time contract role based in Brazil (fully remote) or Argentina (hybrid from our Buenos Aires office). We communicate primarily in English, so strong written and verbal skills are required. Work hours are flexible but require consistent availability from 10 AM–5 PM local time. The position offers up to 15 days of annual PTO plus paid local public holidays, subject to company discretion.
