Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager, Integrations, to own the strategy and execution for Turno’s integrations platform. This role is responsible for APIs, partner integrations, and third-party systems.
You will work closely with engineering, design, commercial, partnerships, and marketing to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integrations. You will define how external partners connect to Turno and ensure our platform supports a global vacation rental property management ecosystem.
This is a hands-on product role that requires strong technical fluency and clear business judgment.
ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership
- Own the integrations product strategy and roadmap.
- Define the long-term platform vision for APIs, webhooks and partner tooling.
- Prioritize work based on business value, scalability, and technical risk.
Technical Leadership
- Translate business requirements into clear API contracts and technical specifications.
- Define data models, versioning strategy, authentication patterns, and integration standards.
- Partner closely with engineering on architecture decisions and tradeoffs.
- Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Establish SLAs and monitor system health.
- Comfortable with APIs and SQL, with a strong grasp of system and data flows.
- Data fluency: Strong analytical skills and experience defining KPIs, building instrumentation, and using data and BI tools to make decisions.
Execution
- Drive product development from discovery through launch.
- Write detailed product requirements and technical documentation.
- Run backlog grooming and support Scrum ceremonies.
- Manage cross-team dependencies across engineering, commercial, partnerships, and operations.
- Ensure clean rollout plans, migration strategies, and deprecation policies.
Partner and Developer Experience
- Work with external partners to define integration requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with integration partners.
- Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to improve usability and reliability.
Metrics and Performance
- Define OKRs and success metrics for integrations.
- Track API adoption, latency, uptime, error rates, and partner activation.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain awareness of competitive platforms and integration standards.
Platform and Ecosystem Thinking
- Contribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap. Evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and make trade-offs that deliver the most value to customers and the business.
- Ensure core platform capabilities work cohesively across Turno and enable other product areas to build on top of them effectively.
- 6+ years of technical product management experience in two-sided marketplaces or B2B SaaS products in a technical or platform-focused role.
- Direct experience owning APIs, integrations, or platform products.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, authentication, and data contracts.
- Ability to read and understand technical architecture and system diagrams.
- Experience working in Agile environments with engineering teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
- Experience working with external partners.
- Strong stakeholder building and relationship management skills, and ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, scaling tech environment.
